LGBT Student Resource Center
The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) Resource Center provides resources, services, and programs for students that may have questions pertaining to the lives of LGBT students or students that already identify as LGBT and are looking for a safe space. The center is designed to create a safe, inclusive Indiana State University community regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity and/or gender expression. The Center will actively collaborate with the Spectrum student organization.
Spectrum is a student-led organization at Indiana State University that endeavors to provide a place of safety and confidentiality for all who fall somewhere along the spectrum of gender and/or sexual identities, as well as allies. The organization desires to serve as a campus resource for issues related to gender and sexuality. They also strive to create a welcoming environment that provides a network of support and friendship for students, staff, faculty, and Terre Haute community members.
